Why 2 passwords?
Logging in using the teacher password, as opposed to the pupil password, allows you to access your registration details and change your passwords or your contact email address. It also allows you to renew your subscription online. 

I’m subscribed to more than one site. Can I have the same account ID for all of them?
Unfortunately, no. The account IDs are computer generated for security reasons so we cannot change them our end. 

I can’t remember my login details
If you have forgotten your teacher password, you can ask for a reset email to be sent you here. The email will be sent to the email address chosen during the registration. If this email isn’t valid anymore, you will need to contact us either by email at support@languageskills.co.uk or by phone on 02922 214316. If you have forgotten your account ID, contact us either by email at support@languageskills.co.uk or by phone on 02922 214316.

What if I wish to cancel my subscription?
You have a 7 day 'cooling off period' in which you can cancel your purchase and receive a full refund. After the 7 days, due to the nature of our particular product and service, each individual refund request will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Do the sites work on an iPad?
Absolutely.

Are your exercises still using Flash?
All our exercises have been converted to html5 so none of them use Flash anymore. 

Does the site work with all browsers?
Yes, you can use our sites with Edge, Safari,Chrome, Firefox and Explorer.

I don't have a French keyboard and don't know how to do special characters.
