If you wish to register a ZUTjunior account, click here.

MORE ABOUT THE SITE

In this site, you will find a list of topics (click on the "exercises" link in the left hand side menu), and for each topic exercises for reading, writing and listening skills. We have followed the guidelines of the National Curriculum for MFL at KS2.

We have tried to use as little written skills as possible in the early topics, providing instead a lot of listening and reading exercises. Most of our exercises can be used in conjunction with an interactive whiteboard. Each topic contains Powerpoint presentations to help teachers introduce new vocabulary and there is also a vocabulary and pronunciation section in each topic for non specialist teachers.

NEW MATERIAL

We have just added over 50 new Flash games. We hope you will find them fun and useful

Please, do not hesitate to get in touch if you have any suggestions on how we could improve our sites.

Guardian

"A terrific site that contains plenty of online interactive activities organised by year group. Year 7 resources include an opportunity to listen to conversations about holidays and decide if they are true or false. The more difficult words are highlighted and may be selected for a translation. In addition to audio clips, there are wordsearches, crosswords, worksheets and other interesting resources. The site is free to use after 4pm and before 9am so it could be used as a homework resource, but a subscription is required for school use during the day."
